Costa Coffee - Gretna

No care when it looks busy, has a quick turnaround good coffee and a large selection of sandwiches and cakes

Nice and spacious with a fair bit of sitting area. A very busy store and the staff do work quickly to serve the customers. Other than that, it's a fairly standard Costa chain; coffee, tea, cakes, muffins, sandwiches etc.

The restaurant was quite busy, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. We had to wait about 20 minutes for our food and drinks to arrive. Unfortunately, the breakfast roll was a bit dry. Additionally, they had run out of ruby hot chocolate and whipped cream, even though we only ordered three items! Overall, it was an okay experience, but the service needs improvement. If they expect to be busy, they should be better prepared for it.

I had a great experience at Costa Caledonian Park in Gretna. The service was excellent, even during busy times. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I absolutely loved the hot thin chocolate! The place was always clean and tidy, making it a pleasant environment to enjoy.
