Starbucks Coffee - Grover Beach

As a regular at Starbucks, I have NEVER come across such poor service at any location. I recommend driving just two blocks to the actual Starbucks on Grand. The convenience of having it inside Vons simply isn't worth it.

Everything was closed at 10 a.m.—how strange! I'm not really a fan of Starbucks; I can make my own coffee that would rival theirs any day, and it only costs me about a dollar. You'll never see me holding a Starbucks cup unless it's their complimentary water.

The service was ok. But 3 of them were behind the counter just kind of gossiping. My order was horribly made with all the Carmel just sitting at the bottom. So when u took a sip it was just pure Carmel. And they didn't mix it . his hands were all over the whip cream. I suggest dont go there when the guy with the scruffy hair and one front tooth is there.

This is a nice Vons with allot of self checkouts just be careful not the homeless people and the dark parking lot at night I sometimes have people hit me up for and it scares me at night because the parking lot is dimmly lit

Asked for a venti caffe vanilla frappuccino with an extra shot. I watched the barista make it and didn?t see her put the extra shot in it, so I asked if it had an extra shot when she handed me the drink. She looked at the cup, realized she hadn?t bothered to completely read the order, and said, ?Oh, I can fix that,? and proceeded to scrape the whipped cream off into the sink, pour the drink back into a blender, add a shot, re blend it, and pour it back into the original cup. Not only is this against Starbucks ?re make the complete drink? standard, but now it was just basically cold vanilla coffee it wasn?t a Frappuccino any longer. Won?t be letting this particular barista make any drinks for me in the future!
