Mcdonald's - Groves

The staff was friendly. They were really busy so we had to park in spot 1. They were quick to bring the order out but the fries were old, cold and over salted. The nuggets were cold too. The cookies were nuked in the microwave so they were still warm. Staff was really nice though and the kids weren’t bothered by the food so all in all I don’t mind. I didn’t have a make lunch so a win for mom.

Everything was hot ready deliciousOnly thing they for got 1 of our Big Macs.

They only get custom orders right about half the time. Pretty sad when the customizations are printed on order slip. If food service workers want $15-$20/ hr without a degree, then pay attention to details. If you only want to do it right half the time, then minimum wage is where you should be. Just keeping it real.

Bad experience. Never have frappes. They say they always have the machine broken

40 minutes to receive my order...this seems like a third world country...
