AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! We came to the Saratoga Casino Hotel with my family and had a really bad time! The service was terrible. They have a real attitude and treat some hotel guests like real garbage. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU'RE A LOCAL
A much better slot machine betting experience than at Rivers. Worth the extra trip as the machines are not as tight. We stayed for hours and had a great time. Beautiful hotel and casino, plus the world famous race track. Saratoga is the place to be.
My boyfriend and I have gone to Saratoga casino every weekend for two months we were getting free play and emails up until two weeks ago and then it stopped . I gets they don’t want us to come back . It’s nice to receive free play as a return guest . What do you think ? Haven’t stay in hotel . Love Vapors !
July 14 a lot of slot machine went down at around 2:25 in the afternoon. Sat at a machine for 1hr. , Told them I wasn't sitting for another hr. and was told I would lose the money in machine. Never coming back!!!!! Pathetic!
