Feedback gevenDespite clearly requesting a medium black coffee with Splenda on three separate occasions, the staff still added creamer to my drink. Unfortunately, I only noticed the mistake after I had already left the restaurant. This mix-up resulted in a waste of both my money and my time.
I ordered Dunkin' to take away. The coffee was good but they didn't have the Blueberry item I wanted. Instead, the lady kindly gave me donuts. I really appreciate her kindness and will definitely be returning because of the friendly employees. Thank you so much.
The donuts were nowhere near fresh . Terrible service. Literally go anywhere else.
Clearly the hispanic lady behind the counter is either incapable of speaking english or will just serve other spanish speaking people first before anyone else. Just wanted a coffee and donuts. I got my donuts but she refused to respond to me when i asked for my coffee. I got to sit there and watch 5 people behind me get their coffee while im being held up. I asked multiple times where my coffee was after seeing people walk up and get theirs after me and still no response. This experience makes me realize we need AI to take over these jobs. At least the rest of the customer base will be able to get their stuff and go about their day quicker.
This is one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts I found. The employees that work there are friendly. They seem to like their job and they like you visiting. Not to mention they have good coffee and ice cream!
