There was a terrible odor throughout the entire first floor, the stairs and the room I was staying in, turns out there is urine all over that place. I got in at about midnight and left at 9am, there for less than ten hours and it was terrible. For the $160 I paid for staying less than 24 hours, an unclean room and hallway is disappointing. Staff was friendly though so that’s the only save and grace.

I stayed here overnight. Front desk gals were friendly and efficient. The room has so many amenities and it was pretty clean. I used to be a hotel supervisor so I pay attention. The vent in the bathroom was even clean ...most aren’t. I was really impressed with the huge shower and the little balcony with chairs. The only complaint I have is the carpet. It’s in bad shape in room 224. I have never stayed in a place where the carpet was actually frayed and ripped where transitioning to tile. I removed a star for that. Would have been more if I had anything else to complain about. I would stay here again , assuming all rooms aren’t like that.

Spent a week and a half here while truck was in shop …… great people , staff , location , everyone was friendly very helpfull

I liked the whole idea of the wooden look, too, the majority of the room. It's much cleaner than carpet. Great breakfast complimentary, of course. Also, laundry facilities, good price on the quarters machine. They actually worked great! They have an indoor swimming pool and a weight room! Fantastic choice, especially considering the price. Im quite impressed. The staff is kind and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who deserves to find one of the best deals for their money! Enjoy.

We stayed here last night 8/7/2024 Very disappointed in night front desk employee. At around 10pm I went to get something in my car. There was a bad oder and puddle of liquid on the floor of the elevator. I believe it was from a dog peeing on the floor. When I went by the front desk no one was there to report this to. When I came back from my car still no one there. I called out several times then hollered out a man came out of the back said what do you want. Then changed his angry tone and said how can I help. It looked like he was watching the Olympics. So obviously there was no front entrance security from the front desk. I showed him the elevator he said he would wipe it up. That was the 2nd encounter with a dog at this hotel. Earlier that evening we were at the 2nd floor vending when this lady comes out of the stairwell trying to hold back a big pit bull coming hard toward me and my wife. We jumped back scared. She got controlled. Your dog policy is nice for the minority of your guests. It is NOT appreciated by the majority of your guests. Sincerely Steve
