Subway In Lex - gton

The person waiting on me wasn't very friendly. The bad was dry and cracked on top. For some reason they have a metal shield covering the meat so you can't even see it. What the heck is that??? I like to see what they are putting on my sandwich. Why did Subway do this?

Michelle smelled horrible and the smell seeped into my sandwich. She made it sideways and put too much meat on it which I hadn't asked for. The gentleman behind the counter also had mooned me when he had bent over. The sandwich I ordered made me vomit and I am still trapped in the bathroom. Definitely do not recommend coming here, and I already called the health department.

Best sandwich and service I've ever had at any subway in years. The guy went out of his way to make my experience pleasant and very accurate on every detail. Didn't catch his name this was 1:45 2/17. Thank you!

Typically I don 't have any complaints about this location, but recently on a few occasions when ordering a meatball sub with double meat portions has been a fiasco. One such instance the employee argued about making it with double meat and stated that she knew it was double meat and intentionally didn 't make it correctly because it won 't fit . Today my wife observed it but being made correctly, she asked to have it corrected and the employee cut up a single serving with of meatballs, and placed most of them on one half of the sandwich making the content of the other half mostly sauce and veggies.

First time back since their front man went to jail. They need to work on fresh bread. There’s a reason they want to toast it. It's not worth the $13 I paid for just a sandwich. No drink or chips. Could have done a sit-down meal for about the same price.
