Tim Hortons - Guelph

I go in before work nobody's ever at the counter. Usually have to wait as they cater drive-thru only.. and when you do go to coffee they never stir it. So the sugar sits at the bottom like how lazy do you have to be?....

I visited Tim Hortons today, and it was a fair experience. I ordered a coffee and a donut. The donut was fresh and tasty, no complaints there.In terms of service, it was decent. The staff was polite, and my order was prepared without any issues.As for the place itself, it had a comfortable and familiar Tim Hortons atmosphere.

Very helpful staff, tasty food but short staffed on drive thru for sure. We've often went through the drive thru and they were checking every order upon at the window.I think they were just overwhelmed and too short staffed.Service otherwise is phenomenal! I called regarding an issue with the wrong with Skip and they were very eager to admit to Skip and take the blame for a fast and easy resolution.Definitely worth your while to try.Parking: Open pavement with lots of spots as well as near entrance.

It was around 9:30 am on a Monday when I went into the store. A big lineup at the drive-thru with numerous staff taking care of it while only 1 staff at the front till for the line-up there.

The service is great ? you're my #1 Tim's go to while in town.There was a miscommunication with my order this morning, the staff were so kind and had no issues taking care of it ? remember...you have to be kind to.
