Ideal Restaurante - Guia

Probably the most established restaurant in guia. quite expensive for the high quality fresh fish, but also excellent quality. we had fresh sohlen (linguado) chips, mixed salat bread and a few drinks 60euro. but the quality was excellent. visited here many paintings about the last 25 years and the standard very rare drop.

It is not so easy to find a normal restaurant in guia where the chicken piri piri könig is. ideal has a beautiful atmosphere. it is local, rustic and directed among other traditional Portuguese, serve very good fish at a reasonable price.

Another great culinary experience in portugal. we ate here at our fourth night and were not disappointed again. the fresh fish can be seen on ice while entering the restaurant. I chose a swordfish steak with a tomato base. with nice and everything was first class, my partner had gambia in garlic butter that she assured me was tasty. we shared one dessert when we were both so full, I honestly cannot remember what that was, but it was certainly very good. also the Portuguese cuisine was first class and very cheap.

Wonderful restaurant with great Portuguese food. Great for large groups or just dinner for two. Good house wine both red and white.

We visited this lovely place while on holiday. We decided to eat here on our last night. Perfect way to end our holiday. The food was outstanding as was the service. We even got a drink on the house. Very reasonable to eat here. 6...of us had main meals, sweets, coffee, wine and it was 100 euros. Thanks again for a great night.
