Big Bite Fast Food - Gulmarg

Were staying at Hotel Hilltop and visited this restaurant for change from Punjabi food. The ambience is excellent, there is a wood fired heater which gives off excellent heat and is a god-send when the temperature outside is in minus as it was when we visited. We ordered pizza, burger, sandwiches, french fries, Chinese and it all worked. No complaint about the taste of a single dish. Didn't care too much for the tea which was too weak for my taste but coffee was excellent. The Kashmiri Kahwa was good without being exceptional.The service was excellent and prompt. The staff was friendly and courteous. Really hard to see what we can complain about.Generally reviews are mostly negative but I believe that positive experiences must be highlighted as well so that there is a feeling of satisfaction for the outlet that it's service is appreciated.Big thumbs up from me and keep up the good work.

This big bite fast food is located just below hotel hilltop and offers nice food all time.This is very close to Gondola cable car corporation.It has various of ice cream.

We were in a pinch one late night (9:30 is late in the valley) and didn't want to eat at our hotel. Tired of Kashmiri cuisine, we found Big Bite on TripAdvisor and were thrilled to find fast food. It's a cafe on the ground floor of Hilltop Hotel, but when we arrived it was closed. We were amazed when the manager opened up just for us - we've never experienced anything like that before. Three guys seated us and quickly prepared our order. This small gesture made our burger and pizza even more special and enjoyable. Thank you so much.

Big Bite is located near Gondola. Before coming back to Srinagar it's good to have a stop here. People around enjoy their vacations and there is a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I had an ice-cream and a cup of tea there and it's nice.

A very good food joint for snacking when you are hungry .They are situated besides the gate of Hill top hotel . They serve in the room also and settles bill directly .We liked both Pizza and Burger but it's INDIAN home type and not like Pizza Hut / Dominos.French fries are again home cooked types and not like Mac D.But we thoroughly enjoyed it as it reminds of Pizza we ate during our childhood times.The service time is very fast
