Subway - Gurnee

Very unprofessional. I have never seen this happening before. 1. They closed at 7:35 pm; 2. I was standing outside knocking the door, while lights were ON and i could see employees in there, nobody opened it up, after couple minutes they saw me knocking and started laughing and then shut off the lights on my face.

I will never be ordering from this location ever again. I made an online order and when I arrived at the store, they didn't even know that an order was placed. Then, when they realized they started to make it, but the guy making it would not stop eating his ice cream as he was making my food. This is hands down the worst subway.

Employees groaned as we walked in at 8:30 and said they weren’t going to make any more sandwiches.

These two female employees groaned as we walked in at 8:30 and the place closes at 9, they said they were not going to make us sandwhiches because they’re about to close.

The employees here were very respectful and kind . They’ve gotten my order correct
