Describing what I think is the best Kofte kebab you can experience without needing plane ticket is easy. Just imagine the most tender and perfectly marinated meat, delicious aroma from FRESH herbs and exotic spices, all chopped fine, without any trace of grissle. Cooked perfectly, and at a high and searing heat the flavours explode (and you even get notes of sun dried red tomatoes). Each kebab is carefully hand made. The recipe must be a carefully guarded family secret. Bread and salad is very fresh too. The gentleman owning this van is a very great chef. He is also an exceptionally pleasant chap, and cooks you food exactly to order, ready to collect. He is very clean and clearly takes great pride in both his food and service. If you were looking for a HIDDEN GEM this is it. Just bear in mind there it is a take away you phone in advance and probably take the food off somewhere.

Wow, we had a large chicken/lamb wrap between us. It was about two feet long and three inches thick. You'd have to be a horse to eat one yourself. It was filled to the brim with top quality produce, fantastic tastes. Never had such a wrap before, would not be able to stop going again when in the region. Great chips and all for £9 between the two of us. I'm 77 and have never ever had such value at that quality in my whole life, Thanks very much to the lovely guy and lady that served us. The doner kebab is the best i had it is cooked on a flat grill not as usally on a sping machine but the test is much much better no greas on it
