Cicis Pizza - Hagerstown

CiCi's, as it was before: It's been 2-3 years since I paid a visit to CiCi's, the last time I found overwhelming the whole place, not the cleanest restaurants I was in, and the selection of pizza was quite varied, but there was no polish on the presentation. I suppose Skoruffy would describe his overall picture. CiCi is at my last visit: A total change of venue, clean and neat food presented as if someone actually cared for, the staff present was very polite and helpful. This was the late evening at the weekend, and I was royally impressed. It's easy to criticize someone's efforts in providing a service, I like to see clean tables and cutlery hate sloppy appearance of staff when I pay what they are for the meal I order. Let me say so much, the new management team has it right, whoever they are, now refine your efforts and won't be by just a few customers at your tables. When the word comes out, people will learn not to be too laborious in their judgment of their services premises. But you have to do your part too. I'll be back tonight, see if you really mean what you showed me so far. Four stars see how you impress me the next time. Thank you for your remarkable efforts.

Okay, I'll give it 3 stars for now. Let's talk about the positives first! The food and pizzas are delicious—really tasty and definitely worth coming back for. However, I do have some concerns. The salad bar and pasta bar lack variety, which was disappointing. Additionally, when I visited the bathroom, one of the stalls was dirty and covered in urine, which was unpleasant. Overall, it was a good experience, but I would love to see more options at the salad and pasta bars, as well as improved cleanliness in the restrooms. The pizza was fantastic, and the desserts were delightful! I will definitely return!

We're from Cleveland, Ohio, and we were on our way to Hershey Park when I realized two hours into the journey that I had left my wallet at a gas station. I called the gas station, and even though they were set to close at 9 PM, they kindly agreed to wait an extra hour for us to come back. I’m incredibly grateful for their generosity! I made sure to give them some money as a token of appreciation for their patience. Thankfully, everything in my wallet was still there. And let me not forget to mention how delicious the food was! The whole experience was definitely worth the detour. Thank you once again!

The staff was friendly and the place was clean! The staff wanted to help and make any pizza we wanted. The food was fresh and hot. Do not regret eating here 2.5 hours

This restaurant is terrible! We were charged $26 for two adults, but the tomatoes in the salad were rotten. The pizza had very few options, and only two of them were fresh during our entire visit; the others were rock hard! Even the breadsticks and pasta were tough from sitting out all day. When my boyfriend expressed his concerns to the manager, he dismissed them like they were nothing and just walked away. The service was awful! I do not recommend this place at all, and I will never return.
