Wendy's - Hahira

There should be a sign on the first window stating Pay Here , or the person taking the order should advise the customer to pull up to the first window . Not let customers pull up the the second window because nobody was at the first window an correct them by saying didn 't you pay at the first window . Then make them wait on the receipt to be brought up from the first window. Crazy!

Food is good here but this is the 3rd time. I’ve ordered from here and have had to go back and get the rest of my food that was to go with my order. The staff is nice and polite but they are not trained well. Today I ordered a taco salad. I got the salad part but NO chips and NO chili. When I went back and asked for the chili the girl just looked at me like I was wrong then she gave it to me. Sad as I got home I found out that there were no chips. All employees should be trained to know what comes with the food people order.

10/25/2023From a food and restaurant perspective, it's mostly like every other Wendy's BUT if you are served by Joel, he'll make it a memorable Wendy's experience. Super friendly and will make you laugh.

Nobody In this place can read an order. Never get out of line without checking

Very nice and friendly staff. Everything was what you should expect at Wendy's.
