I went here for breakfast. We walked in and were not greeted. Ok, we sat on a table, and the young waitress with curly hair did not even acknowledge me, only my partner as she only told him the menú not even glanced at me, which I thought it was rude. I asked for the Ham sandwich with egg and she told me it does not come with egg so I looked at the menú and it list the ingredients and it said egg but I still told her I wanted my sandwich with egg. They gave my sandwich to another customer , and after 5+ minutes, she noticed it because the customer told her, so she took the sandwich from the other customer and gave it to me. I'm like, ok, I noticed the paper thin sandwich had no egg, so I addressed it. Another older lady came to me with a speech that the menú was wrong that the price on the wrong menú was cheaper that how is it possible for a ham and egg sandwich be 7 dollars that was wrong. I told her ma'am the price does not matter to me. I just asked for my sandwich with egg, but at this time, I was very upset, so I said just forget the egg. The ham on my sandwich was 1 slice paper thin. I paid $25.90 for a paper thin sandwich with no egg, 2 empanadas, a Colombian coffee, and a caramel frappe. I hope they get better with their customer service skills. The food and drinks had a good taste.
