Shin Hakodate Shio Ramen Ryuho

One of the most unforgettable ramen experiences we had in hokkaido. we wanted to go to ajisai, as other guides suggested, but they closed during the new year. took place this small rammen shop from tabelog. it is a hidden gem and less known for tourist. the golden Salt-Ramen were really amazing! the broth is very clear, but the deep of the taste bleeded my mind. a large signature shio ramen by hakodate! they can also buy the dry nudel and suppenpack from there to house. do not wait until they come back to the airport chitose, as they are not sold there.

6 seat rasenshop. Each wall panel is a sliding door panel. Shio-Ramen came with a clear broth, but tasteful and not shioly (salty). Butter-Ramen was butter-rich butter makes everything good! no English speaking, but they have posters of their selection (sixth overall, I think) had the weak English text. that helps show and butter, shio and shoyu easily understood. gyoza as a side also in the offer. if I started longer, I would definitely have...slurp

The robbers were a good tasting. there was not much meat and the noodles did not seem fresh as some restaurants, but the broth was excellent what made it great to eat all. it was very comfortable and had a nice atmosphere. a great place to get out of the cold winter

Not so bad! A Just normal ramen ! But for me salty ramen was not good because of the specific smell of meat.
