Katch A Modern Seafood Shack - Halifax

I've ordered from this restaurant at least 15 times, and I can't say enough good things about the staff here. They are fantastic—fun, patient, and genuinely caring. I've always had a positive experience. The food is consistently accurate and delicious. Despite working in such a busy and likely stressful environment, the team remains incredibly friendly and enjoyable to interact with. I'm really grateful to work in the same mall as these wonderful people!

I believe the staff could benefit from smiling a bit more. No one wants a grumpy employee serving at the counter. A little friendliness goes a long way!

Most of the time, the food is incredibly fresh. However, on a couple of occasions, the Mama Mozza Mushroom dish tasted off, as if the mushrooms were spoiled. Additionally, the service at the airport branch was lacking; the staff member there didn’t smile at all.

Customer Service Game was off the charts! Never had a complaint yet, best franchise in the food court.

My visit to this A&W was really fantastic. The food was top notch and they were quick. Yum.
