Palaiss - Halle

We didn't get a table when we arrived, we had to assume there was a free choice. We couldn't take any reservations or name signs on the tables. After the service had taken note of us after 10 minutes, we asked again whether we can sit at this table. This was affirmed. It was all the more surprising that about 5 minutes later the boss v. Service came and commanded us why we were sitting at a four table if we were only three people. It would be the guests who would have reserved. We should get involved. Apparently, the basic training in dealing with guests is missing here. At least the basic rules of courteous formulation or request should be ruled as a qualified specialist in service. The reserved table for us was about 1 x 1 meter in size and more suitable for 2 people than for 3; moreover, it was covered with rolls that we could wipe with a hand movement. I asked the service to wipe the table again. This has been done, but the looks have said everything. You thought it was unnecessary. After a short reflection, we dispensed with the brunch in the Palais S. Absolutely not a feel-good atmosphere, annoyed and overwhelmed staff. Overall bad service, the wedding decoration including the names of the bridal people on a school board) from the previous day was not yet eliminated. The Palais S thus provides a good example of how gastronomic know-how has not to be seen. We felt neither welcome nor wished.

Food was delicious, the staff friendly and carefree and we sat nice on the terrace on the water. I can recommend good conscience.

We sat in beautiful weather on the terrace overlooking the water. It was barbecue and the buffet left nothing to be desired. My acquaintance took some of the map and was a little overwhelmed with the portion. The mosquitoes bothered, but this is now nature. All in all highly recommended.

Disappointing how such a good house could develop. 50min waited for food...and it was so bad! TK products...!!! My complaint criticism, which I personally raised, revered....I received no answer to my written criticism. So here publicly! You can eat bad here well.

On the occasion of Mother's Day, I invited my family to brunch. We were 5 people, and we were in the process. Several times through us and other guests, the staff were asked to close the door, as we sat through. Unfortunately we were ignored and are now all cold. The staff, which was probably the first time there, could not answer any questions, nor did they know whether the plates have to be removed by the staff or the guest. For us it was a mass destruction!! From the warm buffet there was plenty, which was probably due to the fact that the food was partially inedible and hardly touched. We will definitely not recommend it!!
