Feedback gevenI am surprised that this place has no more reviews! My father and I came across the butchery during the trip to Salzburg and LOVED the experience. You can visit the butcher (and bring meat, etc. with you to cook), or order meat, sausage, carving, potatoes, salad etc. and eat in the restaurant. We went to share for a whole 1.2 kg of pig **** (schweinshaxe), as well as fried potatoes and cucumber salad. It was an enormous portion, and we paid no more than €20 (including drinks). The pork **** was delicious, super crispy and with delicate meat. Served entirely on a traditional wooden plate with a strong mustard and horseradish, this meal was definitely the most unforgettable during our 2 weeks road trip. My father even had to take the leftovers from the **** and ate it later this day. Would like to visit again and eat our way through the selection!
Zum empfehlen für's schnelle und gute Mittagessen. An der Selbstbedienungstheke kann man allerlei österreichische Spezialitäten bekommen. Hauptsächlich natürlich Fleisch aus der eigenen Metzgerei. Aber auch für leckere Beilagen und besondere Brote ist gesorgt. Das Essen wird nach Gewicht verrechnet (Fleisch und Beilagen separat) und ist sehr preisgünstig.
