Dunkin' - Hamburg

There's a BLANK White Screen beside the Cashier , I didn't know it was 4 Ordering , n when the other employees ignore u, I stood there a min or 2, then a Cashier appeared.Then the Coffee was ready, No Call , she didn't ask my Name ?.....just wanted a coffee.....

Showed up 10 minutes before close and they were already closed. It nice after a long drive.

Was traveling from MA to NC when making a stop for breakfast and bathroom breakBathroom was clean and toilet paper was filled to brimThe customer service and swiftness from ordering to receive my food was impeccableCompared to my local Dunkin this location has got it going at 100/100! Way to go and definitely on my next trip would lookout for this being a scheduled stopThank you for hospitality and great service

Nice people but my doughnut was dry and hard this was this weekend

We were not happy with our food or coffee because they were not made as we asked them to be. One redeeming quality is that they do offer treats to dogs that are in the car with you when you are at the drive-thru window. That is honestly sweet and adorable to see!
