Moe's Southwest Grill - Hamburg

I didn?t have a lunch today so I decided it was a good day to try this new Moe?s location. It was clean and bright inside. Employees were helpful and got the lunch crowd through the line quickly. The portions were a healthy size and I always am pleasantly surprised that they include chips with every order. Tons of available fresh toppings would allow a plentiful combinations for every taste. I noticed that they simplified their menu. They have an easier menu to follow, more like Chipotle, where you choose a protein and if you want a bowl, salad, tacos or burrito. The only pre suggested item left from before is their home wrecker. I ordered a salad with steak to go. It was fresh and the meat was warm. Everything was flavored well and it left me full. I enjoyed the fresh toppings and would come back.

1st time going to any Moe's establishment in many years. Thursday 6/23/2022 for Dinner It was better than I remembered! The workers were down to earth and friendly. Terry the manager was also very pleasent, very acomidating and personal himself. Loved my experience here, will only be going to this Moe's from now on : Family Kid Friendly service. One definitely gets what they pay for and then some ????

This is the worst moes I have ever dined at. Kids working here are cleaning and preparing to close 1 hour before closing time. Meat and queso is cold. I will not be back to this moes.

945 pm and the Moe's in Hamburg NY was about to close. Our server was Emma and she did not make us feel rushed. Instead she msde us feel welcomed and she was especially patient with me as this was my first time there and did not know how things worked. She took our order, prepared the food and warmed it up for us. The food was very tasty, colorful and plentiful. The establishment itself was very clean and comfortable. Thank Emma for a memorable visit and you all have one new patron in the future.

Fantastic service. We come here so much that one of the girls knows my girlfriends order by memory! Very friendly!
