Sucked 17 minutes with nobody in front of me, I left without anything!! Service: Take out Meal type: Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

35 minutes for an order. Gave me my sandwich right awaybut had to wait 35 minutes for a refresher. Who wants to eat a full sandwich without a drink?! So, my grilled cheese was cold, gross and soggy by the time my drink finally came. Hiring new staff would help. Starbucks is similar to bartending. Multiple ingredients in a drink. You need to be quick. There’s literally zero hustle in any of these girls behind the counter. They should be moving and quick. Not lolligaggin through each order.

Mobile ordering is hardly ever open . Order coffee yesterday on mobile ordering drove there and the business was closed : two days in a row for no staff .

The inside is never open. The line wrapped around the store is a major disappointment. When I can take a break from my drive go inside order or pickup my order but lately that’s not even an option cause the inside is never open. Service: 1
