Pizza Hut - Hamilton

Great customer service! We ran into an issue with a digital gift card that I had received through work but the staff was very understanding and insisted that they would sort out the issue themselves and for me to not worry about it and sent me off with my order. A little disappointed that it happened but that is not the staff's fault at all. Very happy with the way they handle it. Thanks again!

Beautiful place to eat very perfessional and I've never had a problem with there food in 13 years dealing with them

Always liked this chain for reasonably good food and price. Especally the lunch specials that run from 11 am till 4 pm. Their buffet is really nice with lots to choose from. Great place to take kids. Very clean and good service at this location. High chairs available and great seating arrangements. Will be back for sure.

We ordered online expecting the status of the order to be accurate. It said it would be ready in an hour. After an hour and a half, we phoned and asked when our pizza would be arriving. We live 5 mins away from this location so thought 30 mins was a little long. The lady on the phone was very short with us and did not even apologize for the wait. She said it should arrive within 10 mins. The pizza did not arrive for another hour! When it did it was cold and the cheese had solidified. The sauce was really acidic and gave us heartburn all night. We had been looking forward to ordering pizza as a treat that week and this was a major let down. I will never be ordering from that location ever again. And I've second guessed Pizza Hut as a brand after that experience unfortunately.

Unfortunately due to the staff and lack of knowledge on how to make a simple pizza I no longer order from there and it sucks cause I love Pizza Hut and it's closer to my house but their inexperienced staff ruined it for and my family
