Greek Gyros Express - Hamilton

I have had the gyros before and they are really good. The service is very poor. Waited at the drive up speaker- no answer. Pulled up to the window- no answer. Drove around, parked and walked up to window- no answer. The guy inside made eye contact, ignored me and had his music up super loud (probably his excuse for not hearing customers). After waiting a total of 20 minutes without an acknowledgment of my presence or a “I’ll be right with you”, we left.I was so ready for a gyro and was disappointed when I couldn’t get one.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!I see I am not the only one this guy has stolen from! I use to tip him very well, until the last time I went he didn’t give me the option! He instead tipped himself 20% and charged me for extra cheese when I didn’t ask for it! I complained on square but the person said I don’t know why he is doing this I will credit you! I just said, forget it, I will not be coming back!! He lost a customer!

This place is tied for 1st place best gyro in Montana. The tzatziki is really well done, the pita is nice and warm but not crunchy, and the meat is always really good. They are super fast and really reasonably priced. Definitely go here.

I have never had a bad experience here, this is the best gyro I’ve ever had. The guy that runs it is super friendly and he makes your order very quick. 10/10 would recommend

I was worried about the wait since I arrived right after noon but my order was out in less than 10 minutes. They have good gyros and krinkle cut fries and it's cheaper than fast food chains. Most importantly, I experienced great customer service during my visit. Parking: I just parked in the adjacent parking lot and walked up to the window but you can also drive around the back of the building it's connected to for drive through service.
