Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Hamilton

Here is trash. Eat is always cold, dry and cooked over. management is extremely poor. I wouldn't recommend them!

This popeyes is terrible idk as they got 3.5 stars. the customer service is terrible if it sounds to order the person who takes the order as if she does not want to be there. then they wait for 10 minutes to get their food. I want my food to be fresh, but it shouldn't take 10 minutes. and if it is gone they take the long they should make the customer aware. I swear it's not hard to communicate and have good customer service skills. then, when I checked how long it would take my food, the manager had an evil attitude and everything she saw was her collar like a bobble head. it's ridiculous, and that's what you hire as management. smh. if they ask me, all have to be retrained on customer service skills because no one in this restaurant has them. that is one of the worst places I was at, and that's probably the reason why they can't keep anyone and that's a shame.

Worst run fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They surely need more help and better training not to swear in front of customers. I was one of many dissatisfied people present.Food: 3/5

Every time I go to this location my food is never right it taste like it's 3 days old and I'm always missing something that I've ordered. I will never go to this Popeyes location ever again

Lazy and unprofessional associates. Refused to make my fries hot and stated it was against their health code. I told them I didnt want anything redropped. I just wanted the fries hot/fresh and extra crispy. They refused. I left and will not go back. They lost all my future office/catering gigs as well. Even McDonalds makes their fries fresh/crispy by request. Ridiculous.
