I always feel like coming here inconveniently because their conversation is obviously more important.
I have died several times in the week and I get the same 2 coffees each time. 3 out of 5 times my coffee is perfect. had to complain yesterday because just by the look of my coffee I knew they were done wrong. I told him it was wrong. He told me it was good that she just made it, even though I knew it was wrong. So she offered to remake it and the second he made tasted so terrible I ended a 6 dollar coffee down the drain it tasted like burned reused coffee earth. dieucks lowers their prices if they can not pay employees enough to take care of the customer who comes there 5 times the week they keep their buisness going.
On Wednesday at 10:23 clock stopped to get a coffee, but diets were closed! the workers decided to make a 10 o'clock break! who's doing this?
I’ve been to this Starbucks dozens of times. But I will no longer be going back. I ordered my usual cold brew but they were out of cold brew which is understandable during times like this. So I ordered an iced coffee with Almondmilk. My guest with me got a frappe with Almondmilk. The two girls working skipped over my order multiple times so we had to wait and people behind us got our drinks way before we did. Then we both got our drinks after waiting for longer than expected and they were both made with whole milk. Which I cannot drink. They legit have a sign up in front of the store saying “try our non dairy options” but they apparently cannot listen to customers when they order a drink with non dairy.
