My favorite restaurant in Newcastle! We have been coming here for years and always enjoy a delicious meal in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Thank you to Neil and the staff for always providing excellent service.

My partner and I, along with my family, visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening and had a fantastic experience! We decided to order the 10-course banquet and were pleasantly surprised by how quickly the food was served. Each dish was delicious and packed with flavor, truly authentic. The atmosphere with Greek music and a projector screen showing the Greek islands made me feel like I was actually in Greece. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of authentic Greek cuisine.

The Greek taverna in Newcastle is hands down the best restaurant I've been to. The food is amazing. I dined there with 5 friends and we got the 10-course banquet for $45 per person. For that price, I can confidently say it was worth every penny. The staff were also fantastic.

Undoubtedly this was one of the best extended family excursions, which were always largely due to three key factors: service, eating and the venue. we can not praise the personal enough for their ease, fast service, good humor and professionalism in the evening....You have fun working here so that everyone is so welcome in this family-friendly atmosphere. as a group of ten we ordered the $45 per head banquet. that has proved to be a wonderful choice. we had laid a constant feed stream in front of us, divided into the table, so that everything could enjoy. it was an extraordinary firm that is remembered for a very long time. it is so difficult to choose one of the twelve dressed that were served as each individual dish was such a feeling. the calimari was exceptional, so also the lamb souvlaki. and each portion was so generous. to finish it was all the maintenance. Greek music and a huge screen showed a magnificent stream of air videos from all over Greece all night. it was really the best to be there. we would like to thank all our employees and the Greek common newcastle for such a wonderful evening and we will definitely be back for one of your great Greek evenings. we can't wait.

Not only was the food delicious and the staff more than accommodating but the atmosphere was fantastic and truly had a Greek feel to the place. The $40 banquet was the perfect way for our family of 4 to enjoy a little bit of everything....The staff were excellent at clearing tables quickly and noticing when we were ready for the next set of meals. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a genuine Greek meal with great staff and service in Newcastle
