Domino's Pizza - Hammersmith and Fulham

I ordered food on Friday night, but it arrived wrong. I called the restaurant and am still waiting for my new order. The manager was disgustingly rude. I believe I will have to wait until next week for my original order. They seem to be screening calls, as they never answer when I call. I didn't order dessert.

I walked in Today to collect 2 pizzas 2 sides and 2 drinks, the lady behind the counter had TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE she wasn’t very welcoming or nice, when she came back with my food she said “Here” like I’m a begging for it or something. I felt very disrespected PLEASE DO AVOID!

This restaurant is a reliable choice with a variety of popular dishes and some special options available. The quality control in the kitchen, service, and delivery ensures a consistent experience for customers.

Following a visit to this franchise I would not recommend using them due to the rude staff and unhelpful attitude. Not only was my pizza late but after an issue arose the staffs attitudes were dismissive and extremely rude. An easily solved problem which they did not respond well to. Avoid.

Excellent qauality pizza and ingredients. Usually order for work parties a pleasure to speak to Armit the operative on the phone. A pleasure!
