Feedback gevenHulk was like a melted shake and tasted worse than one. They tried to remake it and it was the same.Your other Hammond locations do not get it wrong. This one has been getting it wrong for 3 months again. I'll try back next month, but I've paid for 2 smoothies that I have not drank at this point and paying y'all $9 each time to figure out if the team learned how to make them kinda sucks.I know I can go to other locations, but this is the one by my home and I only want a smoothie for my hour commute to work. No commute, no need for smoothie. So this location has a few thousand to gain or lose annually from me.The girl that was working was a kind person and although she was unable to make it correctly, she was willing to try. Thank you for hiring nice people. Let's just train them at your locations that know how to get it done well!
I love this location! I go to school at SLU so it’s super convenient and the staff is always super nice and the store is also sooo clean!
I always do pick up and my order is always ready within 5 to 10 minutes. They wrote an inspirational message on my cup today. A great way to start my Friday mornings.
The smoothies themselves are good, but one of the ladies keeps giving me a 40 ounce when I clearly asked for a 20 ounce drink. I cannot afford to pay this much each week.
Not even here during busy hours waited almost 5 min to order at speaker and we had to initiate someone to ask us what we want to order. He assumed we wanted one drink. We told him we was not done ordering. So we pull around to the window, two cars in front of us. 15 minutes later still haven’t seen not one person go to the window to the first car. We left. I’m sorry but it cannot take that long to make smoothies. Will not be back!
