Feedback gevenOrdered take out over the phone, and we were told it would be 30-40mins. Ok, cool. We assumed that they 'd call us to let us know when our food was ready, but they didn 't. So we gave them 35mins and then called again, and the server informed us it 's been done . Alright, not so cool. We get home with our slightly warm sushi, chow down, and not even halfway through our meal our stomachs begin to churn. Worst sushi experience from this place so far. We 'll probably avoid this place from here on out.
Decided to give this place a try. They have a lot on the belt but they are all the same options. Trying to order something from the menu is nearly impossible because the servers make eye contact with you but assist others and your forgotten about. I was there for about 33 minutes. Never got checked on once I sat down and got my water and spicy mayo. Decided after 4 plates that it was enough. Definitely check out Akira sushi, not too far from this place and the options are vastly different on the belt and you don’t get ignored or passed up. Also prices are better!! Trust me!
Intimate setting, food was great. Salmon reminded me of this one 5 star place in Kenton. Staff are attentive. Strongly recommend. Unfortunate that it's hidden behind Natural Grocers but at least that just makes it look better by comparison.
First, the young people working here were great. High marks to them The management not so much. Awful, first I noticed the train did not serve $2.00 plates, honestly I went for the Inari. Second, the mussels were cold and soggy, I didn't eat the second one, my stomach did not feel good. Third, the sushi rice was starchy.But the most important thing that made me get up and leave immediately was the manager yelling at the teenage worker as they were cleaning off a table. He was in the kitchen. And yelling over music.I do not support or tolerate out the right miss treatment of workers.May is Mental Health Awareness Month that manager needs more awareness.Oh, when a manager is complaining about a customer speaking in a foreign language that I happen to speak, write, and read. I will definitely not return.I do not recommend this place.I will not post pictures because of my the whole experience .
Great sushi train. Lots of good fish, and pretty much all plates $3ea(for 3 rolls or 2 nigiri). Got here just as they opened at noon, and the train was full and they kept it topped off.Food: 1/5
