Fellas Takeaway - Harborough

This restaurant is awful with numerous problems, I advise against going here. I ordered delivery to LE9 and it took 2 hours, despite being told it would only take 30 minutes. The food arrived cold, with the kebab missing sauce and salad. The chicken burger was extremely hard, and the fudge cake was dry. The delivery driver even tried to give me incorrect change, but I caught the mistake and had it corrected. There were no apologies for the late delivery or cold food, and when I tried to call back, the line was always busy, which is ironic. The service was appalling and the food was terrible. I paid £24 for food that was absolutely disgusting.

Fellas in Broughton Astley always do amazing food and the staff are amazing, nothing is to much trouble, the pictures that are above are not good from fellas in Broughton Astley.

Horrible food and extremely impolite staff. Do not come here under any circumstances. It took nearly 2 hours to get my food, and they gave me the wrong meal without apologizing. They just blamed me for their mistake, saying it was my fault for not speaking clearly. I will never return to this restaurant.

Do not order from here,I placed an order by phone and contacted them 2 hours later as it had still not arrived when I was told that it would arrive in 30 minutes for them to tell me that they were not going to deliver my order when I asked them why,they were very rude and hung up on me. This happened twice. Bad service,rude staff.

This restaurant serves the worst food ever. It was cold and they sent us the wrong sauces. I will never order from there again. When I called back to the restaurant, the person who answered hung up on me. Great job! I will make sure everyone in the NN4 area knows about your terrible food. The service and the food were both disgusting.
