Just get chicken, skip the page unless they are fried. The lady who took our order made it seem as if we were annoying her to order chicken was hot, juicy and tasteful rice was somehow salty and tasteless, and somehow muddy. The noodles and cheese was just that Fried okra was good, hot and easy. The roll was soft

The service and the food here is pretty good. When I got up, I wasn't sure they were open because people were out there. But turns with Kovid, go in to place your order, then go back to the outside and they call you when your order is ready. I hope that will help if you do the same. Food and service are pretty good. The macaroni and cheese has a unique taste that I am not used to. So the taste depends on your taste buds. The tea is not so sweet, so this is another thing that depends on your taste buds. Other than that, the food is very fresh and cooked to order. The roasted Okra is really good! If you go, traffic is a little hard and difficult when you have to turn left to go back to i-95, be so careful. I suggest you go to the 2nd entrance of the gas station next door and leave this way.

Here for lunch during a ride. The food came fast and the people were friendly. You get a lot of food for what you pay. The fried chicken was fantastic! Our pages were also pretty good. Our favorites were maize and potatoes. Fries and okra were also good!

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place is underestimated. Ignore the one-star reviews. I stumbled here on an accident and I'm glad I had an attempt. The building looks old and dated on the outside and even worse on the inside. The menu was hard to read (handwritten on a white board), but I finally made a selection. I tried the roasted chicken and ribs with roasted greens and Mac and cheese. It was the best food I had for a long time. Home cooked, hot, fresh and delicate. Southern comfort food that is not excessively salty and seasoned for perfection. The lady who kicked me out was kind and helpful as I finished my selection. When I left the door, I noticed that my bag was heavy and full of food. I thought the chicken breast would be dry, but I was wrong. It was juicy and pleasant and the ribs were just perfect. The sauce I was given was an authentic spicy tangy Carolina style concoction that added an additional layer of taste to my great meal. My experience was a 10/10 with the exception of the fact that I had to come back to my truck on the Quick Trip. When I get back here, I'll be back.

The best Southern fried chicken, pulled pork and hush puppies I have ever had. If you want good honest southern cooking, this is the place. Ignore the 'rustic ' exterior. My daughter said when I sent her a pic of the place. Go in, Mom. That means it 's going to be delicious! Good advise. I will be back.
