Captain's Choice - Harkers Island

Wow! I've been dining at a small restaurant lately, and the hushpuppies were fantastic! We tried the fried oysters and scallops, and both dishes were cooked to perfection. It's such a great place to eat! I can't wait to go back!

Used to eat at Captain's Choice all the time. For a while now it has been really bad. Food is overcooked, food is undercooked. Food is too salty, food has no salt at all. My family has made a conscious effort to not to go there for a while now. It's really gone downhill. N.

The quality of food selection on the buffet has decreased over the last few years. This restaurant is over priced for the meal. The serivce is good and friendly. However, it will be a rare occasion for me to return there.

This place has the best seafood around! I actually drive 60 miles just to enjoy the buffet on Saturday nights.

The service was excellent. My wife's hamburger was quite tough, and she couldn't finish it. I ordered some okra as a side, which was also very hard. We won't be returning.
