Dairy Queen - Harleysville

Came through a couple days ago, finally got around to writing this review. I ordered a mint chip blizzard but was given a mint chip shake, pulled back around and the kid apologized for the error and said he’d fix it. Asked him if I just got to keep my shake he gave me and he said he’d ask a manager. The manager came and told me I needed to give the shake back even though I had driven off with it and removed the paper from the top of the straw. Pretty sure this goes against the law and I vocalized it to the kid after the manager left, he just said sorry. Can’t imagine profits are so slim the manager had to take back my small mint shake which was their mistake. Whatever.

Got 2 large ice-creams got them they were the size of a kids small wast of money

Food is always good but ive heard the staff aren’t treated with respect and are talked down to which enough to make me want to avoid DQ...

Restroom for employees only is ridiculous if your a customer coming in (giving the business, business . It’s exceptionally rude when the “employee only” bathroom is right in front of your face to where you can touch it. God forbid you have to do what us humans do, and pee- you have to piss on the side or back of the building! Never giving my business here, walked out did what I had to do to live. Will be nice when the Restroom Access law is in place in this state.
