Feedback gevenI always try to look at the positives whenever I give a resturant review but there wasn't even one thing I could say positive about my experience here at Burger King. I waited in line for a good 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru Lane paid $20 for a meal for myself and one for each of my children which none of us enjoyed whatsoever. I ordered the chicken sandwich I'm almost a thousand percent positive it wasn't done it was soggy and disgusting. The drinks we ordered were handed
I went there on my way to go home. I get the food. While waiting in the line for 10 mins. There was only 2 cars ahead of me keep this in mind. I get the food and the fries were unsalted and unseasoned. The onion rings where not cooked all the way. The whooper, drinks and chicken nuggets were fine. But they didnt even give me to condiments that were on the receipt so no sauces. Very disappointing.
If you see more than two or three cars in the parking lot, find someplace else to eat. Unless you're okay with waiting forever. A simple order of three rodeo burgers finally had me asking for my money back. It's that poorly staffed.
This establishment is hit or miss. To be honest, they are a miss more than they are a hit. The service is slower than most places and I rarely get a correct order. The food is pricey for a fast food restaurant and not receiving a correct order doesn't help. The value isn't worth the cost.
The absolutely worst BK I have ever been to. Sat in line for almost 20 minutes behind 1 car who had already ordered. I was asked for my order, it was 2 whoppers no cheese and a fish sandwich, was told to wait a second and 15 minutes later I had not heard from them. So I drove off and went to Hardee's and got excellent service. This BK has been like this since it opened. Needs new management and employees.
