Five Guys - Harrisburg

After negating a 50 plus dollar meal at the golden arches, my wife and I decided this place. We got fries only. My daughter said it reminded her of the bucket o fries we get at ocmd. And she's right. They literally taste exactly like them. The fries you get are well worth the money. And the serving size for regulars are amazing!! A lot better then any in the area.

I asked for a cheeseburger but got a bacon cheeseburger. I still ate it because I don't like to bother people and it was pretty good.

Food's nice, but they get your order wrong all the time. When you ask them to fix it, they do it in the worst way possible and still get it wrong. I would give it a two but there's places with better food around.

Went to place an order on uber eats that was accepted said our order was being prepared. 45 minutes go by and we get a message from our driver that there was a paper on their door that said they're closed. I call into the restaurant and the manager picks up saying they were indeed closed and weren't able to fulfill my order or cancel the Uber eats. As far as I know their website says open and the order was accepted on Uber. Now it's an inconvenience as a customer for me to message Uber and explain why we didn't get our food and why we should not get charged for this order. Nowadays you cannot find good customer service anywhere. So sick of management never taking accountability for their mistakes and placing fault on their customers instead.
