Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Our waitress Andrina, I can honestly say the Hundreds of times I have dined into all the Red Robins I've been to, she gave the best vibe, best friendly service, and the absolute best personality i could ever ask for, she went above and beyond! And the cooks had my food on point! Such a sweetie!! Give that girl a raise! We need more people like her in this world! If I could personally tell her I so would!

We were going to go to the Red Robin in Hershey, but there was a 45 min wait. So we took a drive to this one instead. We were seated promptly. Then we had to wait approx 10 min for our server to arrive. During that time we heard all the staff joking fooling around in the back. Our waitress was not friendly at all. Didn't even smile once. The food was ok. My son did get pretzels and fries and the pretzels were burnt. No follow-up to see how our meal was. We were waiting for our check and another waiter stopped by and we requested the check and he said to pay on the kiosk. Usually you receive a check or the waitress will advise you the check is on the kiosk. Was very disappointed with the service.

I ordered a gluten free burger realized halfway through my meal that the bun was not gluten free. When I said something to the server, she apologized laughed it off, like it wasn’t a big deal. My burger was later comped, but I would not recommend if you have a gluten allergy or intolerance.

I came to this restaurant because I had a craven for endless french fries. I selected the garlic parmesan fries and it did not disappoint.The reason why I am awarding this place with two stars is because of the issues with the burger I ordered. It had a hard substance in it that almost chipped my tooth and a paper like substance in it. After that, I stopped eating it.Prior to our order coming out, I noticed a customer complaining to the manager about her meat in her burger. Other than myself, two other customers around me complained about their meat.Overall, the fries were delicious and the milkshake was to die for. Where ever they acquired their burger meats, they need to cancel the contract with that company.

Wonderful service. Good food. Fair prices. Took a long time to get food. Waitress was incredible especially with kitchen backed up.Food: 4/5
