Not d/Deaf or HOH friendly at all. I used the app to order two Blizzards via mobile order and went to pick up. As severe as my hearing loss is, I usually pull up to the window to order if I have my hearing aids that day since the speaker box doesn’t work for me. The cashier immediately told me to stop at the speaker box first next time I’m picking up a mobile order. I told her I’m deaf so I speechread that’s why I pulled up to the window. She repeated herself and then got someone else to serve me. They didn’t have Reese’s to make one of the Blizzards I originally ordered and offered me a discount to make a different kind. I never received the discount. And they gave me a red velvet cake blizzard when I ordered brownie blast. Terrible experience, won’t be back. Don’t recommend.

Rude passive aggressive staff, messed up my order twice. Hit or miss at this location.
