L'orient - HARROW

This was the worst dining experience ever! I made a reservation for four at 9:15. The menu had numerous options to choose from and the staff was unable to provide explanations. We tried to order a bottle of wine but the waitress couldn't open it. It took about 30 minutes for our food to be served after we decided what to order. When our dishes arrived, the staff was unable to identify them and placed them in the middle of the table for us to figure out. We soon realized that our order was incorrect, a dish was missing, the chicken cashew nuts were undercooked, and the pad thai had a strange taste. I ended up sharing my partner's dish because I didn't feel like ordering anything else. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This restaurant was absolutely horrible! The meat was stale and full of gristle, the dishes were undercooked and tasted terrible. The rice dishes had no coconut flavor and the nasi sprinkle was inauthentic. We had everything delivered to us, and while it came quickly, it was not edible. My partner and I tried each dish and had to give up because we couldn't finish it. I can still feel the effects half an hour after eating. I hope to never have an experience like this again.

Mrs. Persaud, my group of mothers and I visited the restaurant on a quiet Wednesday evening. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and everything seemed promising. We ordered our appetizers, but the waitress, who had difficulty with English, immediately took away our menus. We waited for our main courses and when they finally arrived, they were not up to par. The manager, Alex, was rude, defensive, and unwilling to apologize for the delayed food. My green chicken curry tasted bland and like it had been hastily prepared.

When the food arrived, again, the staff didn't know what was the dish and just throw it in the middle of the table, leaving us to guess who ordered what.
