Feedback gevenWe were in the middle of eating our subs and as soon as the clock struck 9 which is apparently their closing time we were told they close and 9 we have to go outside to finish eating they have to lock the doors. I thought that was a bit extreme and out of protocol. I can see of we were finished and then just chit chatting and hanging around bit we were quiet and eating. Just got all of our subs 10 mins before. The whole lobby was empty ot was just us not seeing why they couldn't just do all their closing work around us and then just have our one table left at the end to wipe down quick. I have never at any restaurant been asked to leave while eating.
We ordered our food after waiting 5 minutes for people in front of us. It was close to closing time. We were half way through our subs and were asked to leave because they had closed. I'm thinking it's like 915. NOPE! 900... Really?!! I never heard of this before ??
Staff is friendly and courteous and knows what they are doing
In my 25 years of living I have never been greeted and treated so well by a sandwich artist at Subway until I walked in the Hartford doors today. I was greeted by Chantel (I think that was her name who was sporting an adorable Subway headband, and she was so amazing! I wouldn't have wanted my sandwich made by anyone else! Just when I thought I was going to leave a raving review off her customer service, her coworker (didn't catch her name but she has Grogu in front of the display case) was absolutely delightful too! I normally rush in and out at Subway but I stayed for a few minutes just to talk about Star Wars with these wonderful women! I just started a new job in Hartford and I am thrilled that I have found a Subway I can go to and receive amazing customer service! Thank you again ladies!
