Kyo Sushi - Hartsdale

Everything was AMAZING. Everything was very fresh. the tuna reel was fresh [after my mother bc it was] (I could make a picture before she practically inhaled it. I had a smoked salmon avocado roll that was perfectly smoked (not too much and only enough to appreciate the smoke taste and the salmon taste) was the avocado soft, but still bite. the sushi roll fell apart very nicely when I was in it a little. I also had a salmon skin roll that was still very crispy after I had waited an hour for delivery (which was worth it), it had a light sweet sauce on it. it was not oily at all, not excessively sweet only enough sauce. the edamame was perfectly cooked. the tempura ice cream was still frozen when it arrived, about how amazing the food was, everything was at a great price! I will order again and I will also eat in the restaurant of the great reviews I have seen.

Kyo Sushi is one of my most popular places where I always come back. The brothers Wu are super friendly and nice. You remember my preferences and get used to some dishes. For example, I love their ginger dressing on one side, or they would make riceless sushi, even it is not on the menu. I love all the food in this place. Always fresh and delicious.

I moved a few months ago but I always came here with my mom. I want the young man who is always at the front to know that he always made this place such a pleasant experience! His kind hospitality towards my mother and I, and to everyone else, was always superb! Plus, the food is delicious! I'm in a different country now, and the sushi here is NOTHING like Kyo Sushi. I find myself searching for places around here that can come close, but nothing does. I never asked for his name, but I really appreciated him. My mom and I have great memories here. She especially loves the endless amounts of complimentary hot tea refills : Thank you for your service and yummy food. I hope you're doing well during the hard times. <3
