Hardee's - Hartsville

Hardee's has been really great at getting my orders right lately and the customer service is good as well.

Hartsville hardees let me down this morning rude staff terrible service… sat down and waited for my food that was sitting done while they gave my food to other customers went to get my food and said it wasn’t done yet they had to make it again so I asked for my money back and then they began to laugh at me and cut up so i definitely will not be going there ever again

I ordered a plain biscuit. I waited in the car line for 20 minutes. When I got to the window, they didn't even have my order. They wrung me up, handed me a paper wrapped biscuit with no bag or napkin.

The place was a mess. Beverage station had liquids and trash all over it and 3/4 of the tables needed wiping. I was dine in and got served takeout but wasn't given a straw or napkins. Won't be back.

This location needs work. Understaffed is an understatement. Stood outside one morning for thirty minutes just to be told by an employee that they can not open the lobby because someone lost the keys. If I want to order something to go thru drive thru. I have four people with me in the truck. They only do two orders per vehicle
