Di Maggio Cafe - Harwood Heights

Come here if you want delicious food at a family owned restaurant. The staff and owners are always so friendly and nice and always trying to be helpful. Make sure you give them a try, you'll come back.

Just landed back in the States from an Asia trip. Found this local gem! Love everything about this restaurant, the food, the experienced and sweet waitress, the new trainee and the atmosphere in the restaurant. When you come in a restaurant and see customer they can call by name, and with a few tables of happy elderly... you know you picked the right one!

Today, I had dinner reservations for ten people at DiMaggio's Cafe. We were experiencing the worst rain. I told my friends we were not cancelling because they were about to get the best Italian dinner. I was right. Dinner was great! Our waitress Amber gave our table superb service. I was surprised to hear she recently started working at the restaurant because she seemed so skilled. Once again, I give DiMaggio's 5 stars. Wonderful food and service. All ten of us ordered different dinners. No one was disappointed. We will be back soon.

I have been going here on Friday nights. The food is authentic, Italian very, very good. The staff is super friendly super attentive. Plenty of parking usually no wait. Highly recommended
