Ambiente is typical bistro, beautiful but loud. service is attentive, but cold. the food looks better than it tastes. steak was not medium, but rarely too raw. the pfeffer sauce was thin and tasteless. Fries tasted like the old oil in which they were cooked. had great hopes, disappointing. they also accused me of an extra glass of wine that was not ordered. check their bill.

Eat them excellent as always. service was slow, but entrees lasted almost 45 minutes arriving

I am a born and bred NYC food and love to find precious stones to eat. that said that eating and our server were excellent, but we were sitting at the very rear table above and if we were asked if we could move, it was a hard no. So it felt unwilling. I'll come back, probably, but with hsitation.

Was a great place to have a relaxing and tasty date at night.

My special birthday was extra special at Saint George! The staff was so attentive and we loved the food and ambiance.
