Subway - Hattiesburg

The staff member was not knowledgeable about the specials, refused to prepare our sandwich the way we requested, and insisted that the wrap could only be made in a specific manner. She was rude throughout the entire experience.

Located within Wesley Merit Health Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS, the food is outstanding, the service is impeccable, and the prices are quite reasonable.

The staff was very polite and helpful. I placed seven orders just 20 minutes before closing, and I really appreciate them accepting my late request. Thank you all so much!

The young man working here did not seem very happy to get out of his chair to help me. I asked what the sandwich of the day was and he said, I don 't know. I had to figure it out on my phone. My sandwich was wrapped and ready when the next customer came in. He proceeded to go back and make his sandwiches before checking me out. I was never impolite and obviously had my hands full with a handicapped child in a wheelchair. I couldn 't understand the seemingly purposeful lack of assistance.

I love subway, but they need to bring back the oven roasted chicken breast
