Donavons Steamin Weenies - Haysville

Was good for bierocks, but closed shortly after it moved near the library, sorry to see it go out of business.

This place is excellent! So glad to see a new and original restaurant out here in Haysville where we don't have a lot of variety. I've eaten here dozens of times and have never been disappointed with any of the things I've tried. Great variety, friendly service, decent prices. And they don't skimp on the toppings. My favorites are the bierocks, which I was not expecting as we make them in my own family, and are rather picky about, but Donavons did not disappoint. I hope they stay around for a long time.

Awesome place! We just loved fun dog breed names for the hot dogs. We tried bierocks for the first time. They had a traditional and a Philly style birth were delicious. New to the menu was pulled pork and shredded chicken absolutely wonderful. Yvonne's signature chipotle macaroni and her garlic salad was out of this world. Amazingly fed our whole family for just 20 bucks. I couldn't have asked for anything more.Thank you, Yvonne for welcoming us to your wonderful establishment. We will be back for lunch tomorrow.
