Feedback gevenCame in Rachel didn’t even bag are items told us she couldn’t remove one item that was wrongly priced at $50 then when trying to use my legal paper id with the punched out expired one she said she was unable to take it obviously the training here needs to step it up one person working at the registers when there’s 25+ in the store that’s an issue. I will be contacting corporate and I will be making sure this gets dealt with appropriately when I asked for the GMs name she said herself. But she’s not a manager and said that at the beginning so unless she’s so dense she doesn’t understand what that means she did it intentionally. Hey Rachel try knowing the law not your opinion especially when we’re doing your job because your to lazy to bag a single item
The cashier this morning was a twatgoblin. Don’t be rude to the people who supply your jobs.
They have closed off the back parking lot. Now there’s no parking at night. The restaurant will be closed soon. You can’t have a restaurant without parking.
Horrible customer service 1. 4 Cashiers with 3 just standing around talking 2. The 1 actual working cashier(Deanne possible wrong spelling) was rude and couldn't even smile and even tried to argue about needing to do a scale ticket separate from our merchandise purchase without even asking us if if we needed it to be. 3. We stood in line for almost 10 minutes. Customers deserve better service. I have worked for a truck stop and the way this one is being run is subpar.
