Feedback gevenIn a side street of the HD Old Town you will find this nice, small South American restaurant. Mostly Peruvian cuisine should be served here, as I could not imagine anything and like to try new ones, I liked to embark on this culinary adventure. Friendly welcome, and I was allowed to choose one of the free tables. The restaurant is furnished with mostly dark wood. The walls are decoratively painted, small cactus and wind lights spread on the tables of Latin American flair. The menu offers a wide selection: from appetizers Entradas e.g. Ceviche de Pescado fish in tiger milk with chili, corinander and sweet potatoes; Palta Rellena Avocados, shrimps and lime............... Main dishes Principales e.g. Lomo Saltado beef, tomatoes, onions and rice; Arroz con Mariscos rice dish with mussels and shrimp; Carapulcra beef with air-dried potatoes and rice .............. various salads followed by vegetarian food and snacks, for example Chicharron Zucchini with mushrooms; Empanadas filled dough bags...................... there are also various dips and at the beautiful conclusion, of course also desserts, for example Churbis branded pastry baked potatoes; Homemade sorbet.......... Since I didn't know anything except Chili con Carne, I decided for: Aji de Gallina plucked chicken meat in curry-colored slightly sharp sauce, eggs, potatoes and rice balanced spice of unfamiliar exotic speciality, although I was well tasted missing something fresh to it, for example vegetables, salad also the hoped aha experience was not. Moreover, the portions could be somewhat larger. My highlight this day, the homemade lemonade with mint and lime really delicious! For Heidelberger relations also a good price performance ratio.
