Chili's Grill - Helena

Waited 5 mins to be greeted/sat in an empty restaurant. Then waited 20 mins with menus in hand and not an employee to be seen. Got up and went next door to nagoya.

Very disappointed. Went in to meet a family member for lunch and it took over an hour to get our food after ordering it. Our waitress didn’t show up after we ordered until we tracked down a host. Our waitress explained she normally cooks but they only had 1 waitress at lunch time on a Saturday. Our food came out after sitting under a heat lamp 30-40 minutes.

The place had a nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Amazing food. My son and I have the sliders with fries. Sorry didn't take a picture of them. But my daughter got the chicken strips with fries and the Mexican corn. That's the only picture we had. But the food was amazing. Highly recommend you to stop by and have a drink and some amazing food.

A friend had taken me to lunch. I had not visited the restaurant in a long time. We ordered the bottomless chips and salsa. My friend ordered the chicken enchilada soup and a water with lemon ?. I ordered a diet coke with and a chicken ranch quesadilla with avacado. I had to ask for lemon for my friends water. The waitress acted as if it was a bother. I had to track her down to get another diet coke. She seemed more personable with the male customers than my friend and I. I asked for a to-go box for my food. She did not bring lids for the sauce cups so I could only bring home the avacado. My friend and I were not aware you paid at the table with your card. My friend was not sure how it worked so my friend asked politely how it worked. I guess that was a bother too. If this is how the service is, I will not be returning to this Chili's location.

This was one of the best chili experiences I have ever had. The server was so sweet and attentive. I forgot to get her name. But my friend celebrated her birthday there and it was great.
