They also offer a hot breakfast which includes eggs. For dinner, the Risotto was gluten free and vegan. The appetizer of 4 Tomatoes they made gluten free without the Filo dough.
Restaurant was absolutely brilliant! one of the best meal times we have eaten everywhere, especially the Icelandic baked fish. hospitable was brilliant and the person that served us (summer student from poln, whose name I unfortunately forgot) was phenomenal and he even surprised us with a very sweet gesture.
The hotel is very rustic. Rooms and particularly the bathrooms are now dated and in need of refresh. Rooms are very expensive for what they are. Food was excellent. The skies around the hotel aren’t perhaps as dark as we had read they would be but we still enjoyed an excellent show of the northern lights.
Only one night for our south coast road. would not recommend this hotel for a trip as it was in the middle of nothing. was said it was a good hotel and expect a very good space and service due to the high price. we have a very small room without a sight. the layout of the room was bad as it was on the right side of the bette tw. I wonder how we can see television or maybe the people come here to stay outside. the bathroom was old and worn. shower area was not perfectly sealed so that water tended to pour out and wet the bathroom floor. we have bad experiences by renting service employees both from cash and breakfast service. they were not friendly and understood a good service, maybe we were the only Asian guests round. in my opinion, the personal seemed to serve this American tourist.
The kitchen is not dedicated to gluten-free, but they were very accommodating and there is a lot on the menu without gluten. eating is delicious.
